Just a day after iOS 8.1.1 was released, Apple started the beta release of iOS 8.2 for the developers. Now it is more sooner to launch original version of iOS 8.2 for the public. During the last two and half month, The Company has worked hard to make this big update as awesome.

- January 12, 2015 : iOS 8.2 fourth beta released for the developers.
- January 27, 2015 : iOS 8.1.3 version released for the public.
- February 02, 2015 : iOS 8.2 beta 5 released for the developers.

What are the NEW with iOS 8.2?
iOS 8.2 brings more features, improvements and security fixes for iOS users. It will be released alongside with the Apples’ new upcoming device, Apple iWatch. Initially, iOS 8.2 will run on Apple iWatch and the beta versions also have added support for the developer SDK called WatchKit apps development for iWatch.
iOS 8.2 jailbreak progress..
With iOS 8.1.3 release, Apple has taken a step to success, against the jailbreak. The iOS jailbreak status of at this moment is, iOS 8.1.3 stay as a jailbreak free iOS version. It is impossible to jailbreak latest iOS 8.1.3 and Cydia cannot be downloaded.
That means, upcoming iOS 8.2 version also will hard to jailbreak. They have found exploits which are used by the TaiG and PP jailbreak teams to jailbreak iOS 8 up to 8.1.2.
However, the original final version of iOS 8.2 has not yet out for the public users. After release it, jailbreak can be arrived at any time.
