Method (iii) – using a computer

1. Download iOS 8 firmware directly to the computer
2. Open iTunes and connect your iDevice via USB cable
3. Select your idevice from the navigation panel on iTunes
4. Hold down the “Shift” (For Windows) or “Alt/Option” (For Mac) key and hit the restore button
5. Browse and select the downloaded iOS 8 IPSW file in the computer
