Yes. Apple has stopped signing iOS 9.o.2 and lover versions. Therefore you are not allow to update your firmware from 8.4.1 to 9 – 9.0.2 and only update to the iOS 9.1 this time. But, iOS 9.1 is not jailbreakable yet. However, we recommend to update firmware to iOS 9.1 latest, then in the future you are allow to jailbreak your device. Most probably iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak will not be released..
