Cydia download iOS 10 – 10.3.3 (64-bit) using Meridian Jailbreak

Another new iOS 10.3.3 jailbreak for 64-bit devices has just been released! These are the instructions on how you can download & install Meridian jailbreak with Cydia for iOS 10.0 – 10.3.3 running iPhone, iPad or iPod.

What is Meridian jailbreak ? It is a just released iOS 10.x.x jailbreak tool for the public users. It supports to jailbreak and Cydia download to all 64-bit devices including iPhone 7 & 7 Plus running from iOS 10 to iOS 10.3.3. Meridian jailbreak is developed by the iOS hacker, Ben Sparkes (@iBSparkes) for the public.

Meridian jailbreak has used Siguza’s v0rtex kernel exploit & xerub’s new KPPless method. Basically, it is quit similar to the Jonathan Levin’s LiberiOS jailbreak for iOS 11 – 11.1.2

Here’s what you need to know about Meridian jailbreak

• It is compatible with iOS 10.0 – 10.3.3 firmware and any 64-bit device
• Also support for iPhone 7 and 7 plus devices
• The jailbreak is semi-untethered type & KPPless, new style of jailbreak
• It installs Cydia but not fully working (Cydia/Substrate still not updated for support with KPPless jailbreaks)
• You can side-load the IPA file of Meridian jailbreak to your device using Cydia Impactor tool

How to install Cydia for iOS 10.0 – 10.3.3 on iPhone, iPad or iPod using Meridian jailbreak ?

Note : Cydia is still not fully working with Meridian jailbreak. If you are on iOS 10.3 – 10.3.3 & want fully working Cydia, recommend to use G0blin jailbreak

Step 1: Backup your device with iTunes or iCloud. Take Passcode OFF if it is on

Step 2: Download the IPA file of Meridian jailbreak tool from above link on to your computer.

Step 3: Download Cydia Impactor tool latest version on to your computer.

Step 4: Connect your iPhone / iPad to computer using a USB cable.

Step 5: Open Cydia Impactor, drag and drop the downloaded IPA file onto Cydia Impactor

Step 6: Enter a valid Apple ID and password when it prompt.

Step 7: Wait for the jailbreak app to be installed on your iOS device. Once it complete, you will see “Meridian” app icon on your Home screen  and disconnect the device from computer.

Step 8: Go to “Settings” >> “General” >> “Profiles & Device Management” and trust the certificate associates with your Apple ID.

Step 9: Open the “Meridian” app on your Home screen and tap on “go” button.

Step 10: Wait for to exploiting the iOS. You will get Done massage once it complete the jailbreaking process. Go to your Home screen, Cydia will be seen on it.

That’s it, now you have successfully jailbreak your iOS 1o – 10.3.3 iPhone, iPad or iPod using Meridian with Cydia installed. Please note; Cydia is still not fully working with KPPless jailbreaks. Once Saurik updated Cydia / Substrate support for KPPLess, will be able to use Cydia with its’ fully features.
